What happens if my item does not sell in the 75 day period?

You will have a week after the 75th day to come pick your item/s up.

If they are not picked up by day 82 they are automatically moved into the store account.  So if you want your items back if they do not sell, make sure to keep track by coming in the store, or giving us a call if you can not come in.

If this was requested when you were set up as a consignor in our system you would have been e-mailed the above link, and instructions on how to log on.  If you did not receive this e-mail, and would like to be set up so you can monitor your sold items via the link above just let us know…970-870-3050.  This site will show you when your items have sold and you have a balance in your account.

If there is a balance, and you would like a check, please give us a call (970-870-3050) or shoot us an e-mail (info@brangxchange.com) and we will issue you a check.  We issue checks on Tuesdays, and you can pick them up anytime after that.

I heard you also sell new items at wholesale prices…what is up with that?

Our buyer, AKA Matt is always looking for deals on items that are not typical consignment items, such as hats, gloves, goggles, helmets, snowshoes, tubes, dry bags, dry tops……to name a few.   The majority of our new items are at least 50% under retail, and sometimes as much as 90% off retail.

Consignors, don’t be concerned about us competing with the gear  you bring in, we only bring in new gear that we do not have enough of.

Where are you located?

Our Store is located in Steamboat Springs CO and is right downtown on Lincoln at 12th.  We have an Ebay store also, and are working on an independent sales site now.

Can I buy from you over the phone with a credit card?

Yes, you can call us and pay via CC, or via paypal.

Can I return items?

In general we have a no return policy on consigned items however we are very flexible and understanding to unique situation, and can usually come up with a solution that makes everyone happy.
