• We want to help sports enthusiasts and families participate in more sports with better gear at bargain prices
• We want to encourage communities to recycle pre-owned sports equipment.

We are sports-lovers and parents who have chosen to live here because of the great community, natural resources, and the unparalleled, year-round recreational opportunities that abound in the Yampa Valley. The stickler: Having this much fun can be expensive, and with kids…even more expensive.

Between ourselves and our kids, we are involved in nearly every sport the area offers. As our kids grow in size and skill we want them to have high quality, safe gear year after year; and we are not ashamed to admit that we like to indulge in new adventures and the latest model gear also. It is a pain to store outgrown gear; and, as resource conservationists* we can not stand to throw anything way. We decided there had to be a better way to support our sporting habit and keep old gear out of the landfill. That’s when we hit on sports consignment.
